Cannot type Chinese at work... I also couldn't find my order number from Amazon, they clear off all the cancelled orders. But I contacted the customer service, they were able to find it for me. For those of you who cannot find your old order number, try contact Amazon.
Also, FYI, this offer is limited to one per household, those who ordered multiple can only get one.

For those that ordered through Amazon and are getting the "Item no longer available", OnSale rep said that some of these orders did not reach OnSale's systems hence the error. They are working on correcting the issue and will be sending out emails within 24 hours.

对啊，收到的order notification email里给了order #, 可里面也说了
“Thank you for placing your order with OnSale. Upon completion of processing, you will receive an email confirmation. Please save this message for future reference.” 还要收到一个confirmation email，我到现在都没收到呢

很鬼异, 也是这么说我的,我就去油箱里找,十几封未读邮件里面,眼睛上上下下看伤了,也没发现他家邮件, 好了,这几个小时不停的去查油箱,都没看到,三个小时后发现他竟然花丽丽的在那,问题不是刚收到的,时间上显示是3小时之前....我还以为我老眼昏花................
想不到,邮件也会穿越........

Order#不要直接COPY, 手输进去试试。
输入单号后，先得到一封邮件，内容如下：
