考古了一下发现 大家认为 snap indicator code 变化了很说明问题。
问一下这个 snap indicator code 一般是在 council meeting 之前还是之后变化？
commons 系统里显示是9月份 council meeting
不过PO 说让我们提交JIT上8月的 council meeting.
然后系统里显示一直是 council review pending..

然后昨天发现 snap indicator code 变化了。。。

If your score it good, council meeting will be just a formality. If your
score is borderline, it is hard to tell at this time. The PO may be able to give you a hint, but don't bet on it.

my awarded proposal is Y for snap indicator code
but I never paid attention to this before.

这个 snap indicator code 一般是在 council meeting 之后变化变成Y 或者N，分别
表示按照年份发钱或者一次全部给清。

我的今SNAP 刚变成Y，是6月的council meeting, 还想发帖问问什么时间能收到NOA？
PO 说projected starting time is Sep. 1st. 还有两三天了，不知道能不能在9.1号
之前收到NOA。

我这个是 系统显示9月 council meeting, 但是PM 说让我们的上 8月的 council
meeting...
如果是上8月的，应该是之后。。但是系统还是显示 pending council review.

NOA 在路上了！ 我的是收到GMS 打来的电话告知已经issued以及什么时间在系统里就
能看到NOA。一般在一周之内就能看到了。
