美俄日前在黑海上空发生“撞机”事件，美国无人机坠毁。俄罗斯防长当地时间3月22日向俄飞行员授勋，美国对此做出回应。
俄罗斯国防部3月22日公布的视频画面显示，俄防长绍伊古向在黑海上空执行拦截美国MQ-9“死神”无人机任务的飞行员授予“勇气勋章”。
对此俄罗斯此举，白宫国家安全委员会战略沟通协调员约翰·柯比22日在记者会上回应说，俄罗斯向撞击美国无人机的飞行员授勋是“具有侮辱性的”，而且也表明克里姆林宫对“勇气”有着不同的定义。
柯比说：“我不知道世界上还有哪支军队，哪支空军，会给一名撞上无人机的飞行员授勋。如果这就是勇气，那我认为他们对‘勇气’有不同的定义。这是荒谬的，是具有侮辱性的。”
他还说：“我不知道为什么他们会给这样一个飞行员颁发‘勇气勋章’。最坏的情况是，这位飞行员恶意地将自己和美国的财产置于巨大的危险之中。最好的情况是，他只是一个白痴。”
俄防长向拦截美无人机飞行员授勋 白宫爆粗口回应
3月14日，俄罗斯两架苏-27与一架美国MQ-9无人机在黑海上空缠斗，最终美国无人机坠毁。对于这起事件，美俄的说法截然不同。
美国欧洲司令部14日发表声明说，一架美国MQ-9无人机当天在黑海上空遭两架俄罗斯苏-27战斗机拦截，其中一架战斗机撞击了无人机的螺旋桨，迫使美军将这架无人机坠毁于黑海水域。撞击发生前，两架苏-27战斗机曾“屡次向美无人机倾倒燃油并飞至其前方”。
然而俄国防部14日晚发表声明说，当天早些时候，俄空天军在克里米亚半岛周边黑海水域上空发现一架美国MQ-9无人机，当时该无人机正朝俄边境方向飞行，机上的应答器处于关闭状态。俄空天军执勤战机升空对侵入空域的飞行器进行识别，无人机因进行剧烈机动动作而失控，急速失去高度后坠入水中。俄方战机未动用机载武器，未与美方无人机发生接触，并安全返回了驻地机场。
