爱达荷州近日发生令人震惊的灭门案，1名男子不满邻居的18岁外孙隔着窗户裸露身体，并让自己幼女看见，竟然提着枪上门争执后枪杀对方全家4口。
疑犯目前已被控4项一级谋杀罪，社区消息称，露体少年本身患有行为障碍及社交困难症。
事发在爱达荷州凯洛格（Kellogg）地区，31岁被告凯勒（Majorjon Kaylor）曾报警，投诉邻家18岁少年史密斯（Devin Smith）在睡房露体，自己的幼女在院子玩耍时看见，因此受到影响。
据悉凯勒报警后，警方当时已向县检察官报告，准备就案件提出刑事检控，可是到了18日父亲节当晚，凯勒却与妻子登门，与史密斯的65岁外祖父瓜迪皮（Kenneth Guardipee）、41岁母亲肯纳（Kenna Guardipee）理论，接着在对方家门口杀死2人，再进入屋内打死史密斯和其16岁弟弟。
凯勒目前被控4项一级谋杀罪，已于20日首次出庭，案件定于7月3日正式开审，期间凯勒不得保释。
根据该州法律，检察官可以要求法庭判处凯勒死刑。
社区发生惨案后，瓜迪皮家亲友在现场摆放鲜花及照片悼念，并表示史密斯患有学习障碍，也有社交困难，外祖父瓜迪皮帮忙照顾2名外孙，是想协助孩子参加课外活动和接受治疗。
凯勒的妻子供称，丈夫曾向警方扬言，如果发现史密斯再做出赤身露体的行为，他就会自己尝试解决问题。
据悉，当时开枪杀人后凯勒留在现场，只是把钱包、手机和钥匙交给妻子，叮嘱她告诉女儿，父亲是为了“保护了她们”。
凯勒则向警方表示，自己只是关心孩子安全，瓜迪皮父女却不愿承认史密斯的问题。
