哪里有ONLY OR WHTHIN 一限定词，提到的只是计划路径。这类气球控制始终是个问题，根本不能保证不失控，况且还是试验期。

12日，山东青岛即墨区海洋发展局证实，日照附近海域发现不明飞行物，正准备击落，已通知附近渔民注意安全。根据香港01报道，山东之后，陆网又传深圳夜空出现不明发光飞行物体。报道也附上了相关影片截屏。
香港01报道指出，12日晚，网传深圳夜空出现不明发光飞行物体。
报道引述拍片者表示，不明飞行物从东方往西方快速掠过，大概有十几二十秒，后来飞到左上方天空消失了。
有网民称，经常都能看到天空有不明飞行物，一直以为是有人在放夜空风筝，也有不少人指出，所谓的不明飞行物只是被大风刮到半空的胶袋。
在美中关系因为气球事件而急速升温之际，山东青岛即墨区海洋发展局12日证实，日照附近海域发现不明飞行物，正准备击落，已通知附近渔民注意安全。
根据即墨区海洋发展局消息指出，接市局通知，日照附近海域发现不明飞行物，正准备击落，具体位置为东经120度51分，北纬35度37分。
当局提醒渔船要注意避险，如有降落物落在渔船附近，请渔民协助拍照取证；如条件允许，请渔民协助打捞。
澎湃新闻报道，即墨区海洋发展局工作人员称，发布通知是为了提醒渔民避免到相关海域作业，目前未接到通知官方击落何物。
