通过赠与、债务转让法院判决等获得的属于例外,但是需要在两年内出售和转让。

也就是说,B1/2和F1显然是被限制的。H-1B,需要证明你在美国待的时间够久,工作状态,财产,以及intention。intention的例子,比如你已经在绿卡排期了,那就算是有intention长居美国。
最后结论: B1/B2,F1,L1,J1,O1会受限制,H-1B如果能证明自己长期定居美国,且有I-140 approval,应该不受限制。
