What the Establishment doesn’t realize, the more they resist and the more they pursue to save the Establishment, the more haemorrhaging will take place and their fall will quickly pick up pace and soon there’ll be nothing left of what they hold dear. The Deep State is desperate to stop the audits. They must stop DOGE at all costs. Their money is drying up everywhere they turn and there isn’t enough time to hide explosive evidence that could end them all in a day.

俄罗斯熬出来了！欧洲国家还沉浸在特朗普与普京“私谈”乌战结束方案的震动之中，周四特朗普又抛出新的“重磅炸弹”，表示希望俄罗斯重返七国集团（G7），他还说将俄除名是个错误。看来特朗普的战略意图不仅是要结束俄乌战争，还想把俄拉回西方阵营。特朗普的终极目标是对付中国。
特朗普表示，如果俄罗斯没有被G7排除在外，俄乌冲突“很可能”就不会爆发。“我认为俄罗斯加入这一联盟（G7）会非常有帮助，而且现在仍然会有帮助。”特朗普说。
G7一度扩充为八国集团（G8）。2014年，俄罗斯因“吞并”克里米亚半岛被G8除名。
特朗普对俄罗斯重返 G7 的执念，按说不是什么新鲜事。早在 2018 年，特朗普就曾表达过这一想法，2019年再次提及，2020年更是邀请普京出席在美国召开的G7峰会，但普京没去。不过，在乌克兰战争还未解决的情况下，特朗普再次公开强调这一主张，仍是轰动的。
接下来有两个问题，第一是，特朗普能把俄罗斯拉回G7，重建G8吗？
不能说可能性是零，但会很困难。特朗普第一任期没有做成这件事，一是因为英国、法国、德国、加拿大等G7其他成员国坚决反对。默克尔、马克龙、特鲁多都做过拒绝俄罗斯回归的表态，英国方面还表示，将否决任何允许俄罗斯重新加入G7的提议。
另外，俄罗斯似乎已对重返G7失去兴趣。普京2019年时曾犀利指出，“无法想象没有中国和印度参与的话，一个有效率的国际组织怎么会发挥作用。” 2020年，俄方更是直白表态，“对俄罗斯来说，G7已经过时，没有人想重返从前的模式。”
还有就是，美国国内政治压力也如同一座大山，压得特朗普这一想法难以落地。特朗普及其团队曾深陷“通俄门”舆论风波，俄罗斯被指控干预美国大选。2019年底，美国众议院以 339 票对 71 票通过了一项决议，反对俄罗斯重返 G7 峰会。
如今，特朗普似乎下了“宽容俄罗斯”的决心，并且宁愿牺牲乌克兰利益，让欧洲盟友沮丧，也想强行恢复与俄罗斯的关系，推动整个西方与俄罗斯和解。
但是，他一个人难以扭转美国和整个西方的“俄罗斯观”，西方与俄罗斯的现实冲突太多了，很容易擦出火花。特朗普上一任期里俄美两度发生过大量互逐外交官的极端事件，美国对俄罗斯的制裁不降反升。
苏联解体后，欧洲与俄罗斯的和解被一系列事件冲断了，北约东扩与俄罗斯复兴的渴望严重对立，中东欧国家被卷入新的仇俄激流。经过这次乌克兰战争，恢复苏联解体之初西方与俄罗斯的走近趋势失去了各种动力，彼此不信任已经固化。特朗普个人的浪漫主义可能产生的推力太弱了，大家都知道他只有几年时间，而且他又易变，什么都是交易，西方世界对他缺少战略层面的信任。
在这种大背景下，俄罗斯重返G7有可能只是特朗普政府的地缘政治工程，而很难成为整个西方“重新包容”俄罗斯的政治文化工程。
第二个大问题是，特朗普采取超常手段恢复与俄罗斯关系，不惜损失许多政治资源，他的战略目的当然是想拉俄罗斯“对付中国”，但他能做到吗？
老胡要很确定地说，特朗普在这方面得手的可能性几乎为零。莫斯科很清楚，美国两党制结果就形成了两种办法轮流尝试，对付俄罗斯。北约东扩，撺掇乌克兰反俄，带领西方一起军援乌克兰，全面制裁俄罗斯，是硬的一手。结果不行，通过政党轮替，又换上了拉拢俄罗斯的另一手。苏联刚解体，叶利钦上台时整个俄罗斯很天真，一门心思融入西方。经过这30多年摔打，俄罗斯清醒多了：自我强大是他们国家利益和民族尊严的根。
乌克兰这一战对俄罗斯来说打得很惊险，乌克兰因为得到西方全面支持，得以与俄抗衡，而俄罗斯对阵整个西方能够从一度被动逐渐赢回主动，莫斯科心里跟明镜似的，主要是因为它的核威慑发挥了作用，镇住了美国和欧洲，使他们不敢直接参战。
另外，中国、印度等发展中国家拒绝参与西方制裁，保持与俄正常经贸关系，使俄罗斯经济获得另一条外部生命线，得以继续运转。
缓和与美国的关系肯定是莫斯科非常希望的，但普京发动“特别军事行动”的战略目标必须实现。接下来的俄罗斯绝不会像苏联解体之初那样再天真、浪漫一把，什么都跟从特朗普的安排。莫斯科会专注于强化自己的整体实力，包括外交的多元性。如果重回G8集团，对俄罗斯意味着要放弃某项战略资源，那么相信普京绝不会接受。
在特朗普表达想让俄罗斯重回G8的想法后，俄罗斯联邦委员会（议会上院）议员阿列克谢·普什科夫迅速警惕地表示，特朗普提此主张，是想削弱俄中伙伴关系。无论如何，中俄关系已是两国全球外交战略的重要支撑，俄方绝不会因为一点小利益就被哄到美国对付中国的阵营中去，普京可没有那么好骗。
最后老胡要说，其实美俄关系缓和些，乌克兰战争平息，对中国缓和与西方关系是有利的，因为这会减少西方因为俄罗斯问题与中国的摩擦。而且，中国人要保持一个大判断：俄罗斯被利用成对付中国杠杆的可能性远远要比它与西方冲突给中国带来外交纠纷的可能性小得多。
