近日，辽宁沈阳市于洪区委宣传部视频号“于洪文旅”发布了一段推介当地大米的视频，该区文化旅游广电局副局长彭勃出镜介绍，其流畅的英语表达以及东北话无缝衔接，收获了不少网友点赞。
据视频号“于洪文旅”介绍，该视频系于洪文旅之“万境于洪”系列第一集“岁稔年丰”。

公开资料显示，彭勃曾任于洪区迎宾路街道办事处副主任等职，于2024年6月任区文化旅游广电局副局长。
于洪区成立于1964年，位于沈阳市西北部，是沈阳市九城区之一，辖区面积499.28平方公里，下辖10个街道，社区131个、行政村81个，实有人口112.6万人。
