O My United States, your debt clock is a lie. Your financial system is corrupt. It looks one way in this nation when it’s another. Your leaders have enslaved this nation to other nations around the world financially and have paid other nations to oppress you, to save their precious reset. I will show you how and who really took you away from the gold standard and how they put this nation on a fast track of corruption and destruction. I will show you what they have done to the silver to keep it going only so high to manipulate the economy even more.
My children, once again I say your tax system is a lie. When this system falls and it will, the relief and freedom it will bring to so many. Don’t you see Children of Almighty God, your enemies and how they’ve used what you thought was a normal system and it was not at all. It was a lie to enslave you into their system that shouldn’t exist.
Their credit system is a joke. Their interest rates are completely corrupt. Those rates are meant for you never to get out of debt so they can control you more and take away anything you have because you’re not able to pay it back. This credit system with out-of-control interest rates will be shattered says the Lord.
I told you I would rip apart Wall Street and its corruption of manipulating the financial system so only some could get rich while they gut others of their wealth. I will show you one of the biggest Ponzi schemes of them all while you watch it fall. I will show you the big banks and their ties to your govt. I will show you how much China has invested in your country and in each leader they own. This is the time the Pharaohs of today, to be ripped out of their positions of power and wealth, they stole from the world.

Many are still thinking with this last election you can just sit out from fighting the good fight of faith and standing because it’s all over - or is it? I told you to continue to stand and to never surrender and hold the line. Your enemies are not done doing things against you. I have given you the authority to take them out once and for all. Don’t sit on the sidelines. Don’t get overwhelmed with their attempts to overtake you. Don’t give into anything they try against you. Viruses are coming. Blackouts and more. They will attempt these things to try to stop My glory but My children stand and resist and you will be glad you did. Your enemies are nothing compared to Me. So as you see your enemy’s attempts to try and attack you and this nation remember they are the ones who will be destroyed not you.
Nations will try to sabotage and try to attack and try to bankrupt you. They will try to rid the earth of this nation and My church but I will have the final say and they will not have their way.
So hold on when you see things change. Hold on when things become increasingly abnormal. And I told you there would be things that you would not understand.

报道指出，此举无疑会给特朗普提高国内能源生产的雄心带来麻烦。因为与其他可被轻易撤销的行政令不同的是，拜登将援引的是一项已有70年多年历史的法律——1953年的《外大陆架土地法案》（Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act），这将赋予白宫广泛的自由裁量权，让总统能够以保护联邦水域为名，永久禁止部分区域的海上能源开发。
而且，这项法律并没有授予总统明确的权力来撤销保护令，特朗普上任后能否撤销这些命令将面临巨大挑战。
在上一个总统任期，特朗普就曾试图撤销前任奥巴马政府对北冰洋和北大西洋部分海岸能源钻探的禁令。历经两年诉讼，最终在2019年因“超出总统权限”为由被法院驳回。
彭博社称，几十年来，美国总统历来有以保护海象觅食地、美国北极水域和其他敏感的海洋资源等为由，援引法案推出禁令的传统，包括特朗普自己。
2020年美国大选时，为了赢得佛罗里达州选民的支持，当时还在任上的特朗普，宣布对佛州和美国东南部沿海地区实施为期十年的海上石油开发禁令。
彼时，拜登还发推怒喷特朗普变脸，“距离大选还有56天，你这会儿倒是改主意了，真是难以置信。我的立场不会改变，我反对新的海上钻探项目。”
据美媒报道，过去两年多以来，拜登政府官员一直在考虑援引法案推出禁令的做法，进一步提升拜登的环保形象，深化他在任期间优先保护环境和应对气候变化的记录。在特朗普赢得2024年美国大选后，他们加强了这一努力，因为拜登希望赶在任期结束前落实相关措施。
据上述知情人士透露，拜登将在几天内发布这项行政命令，涉及的水域具体范围尚不清楚。目前的讨论主要集中在加利福尼亚附近的太平洋部分海域，以及佛罗里达附近的墨西哥湾东部海域。
在环保团体和民主党人对拜登的这项拟议命令表示欢迎的同时，和特朗普同一阵营的美国石油业倡导者对新的限制措施发出警告，其辩称未来几十年，世界仍将需要化石燃料，而美国生产化石燃料的方式比其他国家更清洁。

“特朗普应该在第一天就推翻这个命令，然后马上将拜登的绿色议程扔进历史的垃圾桶里。”他说。
彭博社认为，特朗普上任后肯定会寻求撤销这些保护令，但能否成功得打个大大的问号。因为联邦法院从未批准过彻底推翻保护性禁令的请求，甚至在特朗普之前，就压根没有过美国总统尝试推翻前任保护令的事例。
报道称，历届总统上任后往往是尝试修改前任政府的决定，比如在其禁令基础上做出部分豁免。特朗普是首个试图撤销前任总统保护令的美国总统。
他现在面临的情况，也几乎和8年前一模一样。
2016年底，时任当选总统特朗普上台前，奥巴马政府以加强环境保护为名，下令永久禁止在北冰洋约1.2亿英亩和大西洋约380万英亩的区域内进行石油和天然气钻探。
2017年4月，特朗普上任三个月后便发布一项行政命令，要求取消该禁令。2019年3月，美国联邦地区法官裁定特朗普此举“非法”，指其命令“超出总统权限”。这一纸裁决当时迫使美国内政部不得不将北冰洋水域从即将出台的钻探计划中删除。
佛蒙特州法学院的环境法教授帕特里克·帕伦托（Patrick Parenteau）当时向美媒分析称，“（美国）法律和最高法院一直对现任总统修改或减少前任针对公共土地、水域和古迹所作的保护保持沉默。此次裁决表明，如果一位总统想要推翻前任的环境政策，就必须给出一个有说服力的理由，仅仅说‘能源主导’或‘我赢了选举’是不够的。”
