4／2“美国解放日”宣布对等关税 不会普徵 有锁定目标
国际社会正在屏息等待川普即将于4／2宣布的对等关税措施，川普21日在白宫椭圆形办公室表示：“4月2日将会是美国的解放日，我们被世界上每一个国家、友人、敌人敲竹槓。”
知情美国官员透露，儘管对等关税措施标志著川普2.0关税战的重大延伸，不过目前规划显示，对等关税措施将比川普先前考虑的更大规模、更全球性的措施更具针对性。
不会同时宣布汽车、半导体、药品产业关税
官员说，川普将对国家、政治集团宣布大范围对等关税措施，不过截至目前为止，川普政府并没有计划在同一个场合宣布产业关税措施。川普先前曾预告，除宣布对等关税措施，最快4／2也将开徵汽车、半导体、药品等产业的产业关税。
官员表示，目前关于产业关税的计划仍不明朗，预计不会在“解放日”活动上宣布产业关税措施。不过川普政府仍在思考汽车关税，川普也未排除在其他时间实施。
希望关税宣布当下即生效 2类国家不会成目标
官员也表示，虽然对等关税及产业关税不会同时宣布，不过川普仍希望关税措施能立即发挥效果，计划宣布措施的当下就能立即生效。对等关税措施料将进一步加剧美国与盟国之间的紧张关係，甚至部分国家报复。一名官员表示，只有没对美国课徵关税，以及美国有贸易顺差的国家才不会被课徵对等关税。
川普本人立场强硬 希望透过进口税提高收益
报导指出，目前川普政府尚未就如何实施对等关税计划做出最终决定，一名川普幕僚上周提到内部就如何实施关税有过“协商”，其中一些常见的强硬讯号来自川普本人，显示他本人确实有意透过大幅提高进口税率来增加收益。
