Now we have reasons to ask the US government to publish the real reason for the close of Fort Detrick, to clarify whether the laboratory is the research unit for the new coronavirus \"COVID19\" and whether there is a virus leak.
非中国公民入境后,在新冠肺炎就诊方面,相关诊疗费用是否自理?下午的北京市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作新闻发布会上，北京市政府副秘书长陈蓓说，目前在新冠肺炎的诊治上，对境外回国的人员，总体上把握的是两个方面的政策：
参加了基本医疗保险的人员，在回国过程之中，被确诊为新冠肺炎病例和疑似病例的，所发生的医疗费用，按照基本医疗保险的相关规定，报销以后再实施财政的补助。个人不需要负担相关费用。
对未参加基本医疗保险的人员，在回国入境过程之中被确诊为输入型的新冠肺炎病例或疑似病例的，所发生的医疗费用，原则上由患者个人负担。参加了商业保险的人员，可以按照商业保险的合同规定支付相应的费用。
经认定的困难人员，所发生的医疗费用，按照传染病防治法的法律法规的相关规定，与医疗救助。下一步我们还将与国家的相关政策做好进一步的对接。
