总统川普周日试图澄清美国对中国高科技产品征收关税的现状，又给已经经历了混乱的关税政策带来不确定性。
“其他国家以贸易不平衡和非货币性关税壁垒对待我们，没有人能‘逃脱’，尤其是中国，它迄今为止对待我们最糟糕！” 川普今天在Truth Social上写道。
“周五并没有宣布任何关税‘豁免’。这些产品仍需缴纳现有的（对中国）20%芬太尼关税，而且它们只是被转移到了另一个关税‘类别’。”他继续说道。
川普在长帖文中还表示，他的政府“正在展开国家安全关税调查，审视半导体和整个电子产品供应链”。他重申，应该有更多产品在美国生产，“我们不会被其他国家挟持”。
