据《奥尔巴尼时代联盟报》报道，这个名叫杰森·琼斯（Jason Jones）的男子上周进入卡茨基尔警察局，并与警察发生了肢体冲突。警方告诉当地媒体，这名男子当时看上去像是喝醉了，警察就发射泰瑟枪制服了他。
